SANEI HYTECHS is participating as a partner company in the "Industrial Innovation Creative Exercise" promoted by Shizuoka University.
This practical educational program challenges student teams to develop solutions for real-world business issues presented by participating corporations, driving the creation of new value.
An interim presentation was held at Shizuoka University on August 3rd, where each team reported on their progress.

Refining the Proposals

At the interim presentation, the results of approximately two months of deliberation since the concept presentation in June were showcased.

The student team working on our challenge is developing an app to convey the appeal of Shizuoka University (Hamamatsu Campus) and Hamamatsu City, utilizing the 3D point cloud data "VIRTUAL SHIZUOKA." Since the concept presentation in June, a feasibility perspective has been added to the ideas, and I felt that the team's desire to "convey the appeal of Shizuoka University and Hamamatsu City" is steadily taking shape. The presentation also included a live demonstration of the developed app, serving as an opportunity to showcase the results of their efforts to date.

Active Q&A

Following the presentation, a Q&A session was held, during which views were exchanged on how the proposals could be implemented and the background of the challenges involved.

The students responded carefully to specific questions, and it was clear that they had deepened their discussions as a team. They actively embraced feedback from the questioners, making it an occasion that demonstrated their enthusiasm heading into the final presentation.

Looking Ahead to the Final Presentation

After the interim presentation, the student teams will work on further refining and improving their proposals in preparation for the final presentation.
We will continue to share the excitement of manufacturing and problem-solving with students through dialogue, while contributing to the development of the next generation of talent.
