1977-2001
The Era of Establishment and Growth

November 1977 SANEI HYTECHS Founded.

SANEI HYTECHS was founded in November 1977.

We embarked on semiconductor design using CAD as our main business. This was during the dawn of the semiconductor industry in Japan. Focused on establishing a unique position as a group of experts undertaking custom designs, we dedicated our efforts to contribute to the industry's progress. Over time, we continued to grow as a specialized semiconductor design company, expanding our business domains to include embedded software development and more.

2002-2010
The Era of Expansion and Growth.

March 2002 Became a member of the Inotech Group.
April 2004 Established the Tokyo Branch Office.
April 2007 Held the 30th Anniversary Celebration Ceremony.
October 2007 Established the Kansai Design Center.

SANEI HYTECHS joined the Innotech Group in March 2002, focusing on semiconductor design and software development as its core pillars, and proceeded with the expansion of its business.

As part of its east-west expansion strategy, the company established the Tokyo Branch Office (now Tokyo Design Center) in April 2004 and the Kansai Design Center in October 2007.
In the same year, a celebration ceremony was held to commemorate the 30th anniversary of its founding.

2011 and Beyond
The Era of Global Expansion.

October 2011 Established the China Design Center.
April 2012 Established the Nagoya Sales Office.
June 2015 Established SANEI HYTECHS VIETNAM Co., Ltd.
August 2016 Acquired all shares of JSC Co., Ltd.
July 2018 Opened the Hamamatsu Satellite Office.
October 2020 Opened the Engineering Development Center.
January Established TAIWAN SANEI HYTECHS CO.,LTD.
