"CadenceLIVE" is an event where technology users and developers, as well as industry experts, come together to share ideas and success stories, fostering new innovations and creations.
At the virtual event 'CadenceLIVE Japan 2020,' our company's employees also took the stage and presented on the topic of 'Building a Layout Parasitic Extraction Environment using PAD Functionality.'
We introduced a case where our company achieved efficiency in analog circuit design through the newly developed analog circuit design flow and explained the prospects for the future.

Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all
2030 Goal: Train a total of 1,000 engineers.Our company emphasizes a 6-month introductory training program (classroom training), followed by an additional 6 months of on-the-job training (OJT) to educate and develop our technical personnel.
This is an essential initiative to become the engineers needed in the fast-evolving LSI/semiconductor industry.
Engineers can continue to progress alongside technological advancements by maintaining a mindset of learning and continuously acquiring new skills.
The results of this effort will also be applied to new fields and global expansion.
Engineers with advanced knowledge and skills, who can adapt flexibly to next-generation technologies, not only contribute to our company's knowledge and technology spreading worldwide but also make a positive impact on creating a prosperous society by actively working overseas, rather than staying confined to Japan.

With the goal of contributing to the community and nurturing future engineers in the field of science and technology, we are launching an educational program for elementary school students.
Support and Collaboration for STEM Education
We support and sponsor the activities of 'FIRST Japan,' organized by the NPO Youth Science and Technology Promotion Association, in line with its mission and objectives.
Participation in the Hamamatsu IT Kids Project
We are actively involved in the 'Hamamatsu IT Kids Project,' which is positioned as a talent development project for nurturing the future workforce in support of Hamamatsu City's development as an 'Academic City + IT City.'
