This initiative is designed for junior high school students to provide a clear and engaging introduction to the role of IT engineers and the fundamental importance of semiconductors. By exploring the mechanisms of semiconductors—essential components in everyday devices such as smartphones and gaming consoles—the program aims to spark interest in science and information technology while supporting students in their future career choices. Our employees serve as instructors, sharing firsthand insights into the rewards of "MONOZUKURI" (the art of manufacturing), professional fulfillment, and the evolving potential of the IT sector. Participating in the Shizuoka Prefectural Board of Education's "Educational Program Provision Project by Corporations"
SANEI HYTECHS considers the development of the next generation of talent to be a core component of our corporate social responsibility (CSR) and is actively participating in the "Educational Program Provision Project by Corporations," implemented by the Shizuoka Prefectural Board of Education. This project is an initiative aimed at fostering diverse learning opportunities for students through collaboration between corporations/organizations and schools. Our goal is to deepen children's understanding of society and work and provide opportunities for them to contemplate their future by utilizing the knowledge and experience of companies and organizations in educational settings. Through this initiative, our employees serve as lecturers, introducing the company's activities, the latest industry trends, and specific job roles.
