Approach to Human Resource Development

SANEI HYTECHS considers the development of the next generation of talent to be a core component of our corporate social responsibility (CSR) and is actively participating in the "Educational Program Provision Project by Corporations," implemented by the Shizuoka Prefectural Board of Education. This project is an initiative aimed at fostering diverse learning opportunities for students through collaboration between corporations/organizations and schools. Our goal is to deepen children's understanding of society and work and provide opportunities for them to contemplate their future by utilizing the knowledge and experience of companies and organizations in educational settings. Through this initiative, our employees serve as lecturers, introducing the company's activities, the latest industry trends, and specific job roles. Through such learning experiences, students can gain a concrete perspective on their future careers and how they can play an active role in society. We are committed to strengthening our collaboration with local communities and educational institutions, cultivating the talent that will lead the future, and contributing to the realization of a sustainable society.
