At the WRO Japan 2019 Hamamatsu Qualifying Tournament, three competitions will take place: the "Regular Category Basic Division" with unique rules for this event, the "Regular Category Middle Division" following WRO Japan 2019 domestic rules, and the "Regular Category Expert Division" following WRO 2019 international rules.
