A work experience workshop held at "Hamamatsu Miraikko - Learn about the technology and know-how of local companies!"

SANEI HYTECHS participated in "Hamamatsu Miraikko - Learn About Local Companies' Technology and Know-how," a program organized by the City of Hamamatsu, to host a programming workshop for elementary and junior high school students.
We received numerous applications for the workshop, and even after adding additional dates, they filled up quickly, demonstrating the high level of interest from the all.

This aims is to give children experience of the technology and know-how of local companies, and to help develop the human resources that will lead the future.
After a trial run in 2023, this new initiative was fully launched this year.

In the elementary school course, children who were trying programming for the first time worked with shining eyes.
It seems that the children were able to experience the excitement of programming the LEGO robots they made on the spot to move.

In the Junior high school course, they challenged with more advanced programming challenges.
At the junior high school level, the robots' movements become more complex and original, with ingenious and creative ideas.

Students in the lower grades and upper grades of elementary school, and junior high school were all tasked with building robots based on the same theme, but not a single robot was the same, and they were all unique robots that reflected the intentions. This event made me realize once again that creativity is the multiple of imagination and technical ability.
I hope this experience sparked their interest in programming.
