Cloud System Implementation

Taking your requirements and environment into account, we will propose and implement the most suitable cloud system.
We offer services for the adoption and setup of cloud systems, with a focus on cost, maintenance, and management aspects. We also provide recommendations for leveraging various cloud services and data centers.

Cloud System Implementation and Environment Setup

We are an independent Systems Integrator (SI) that does not specialize in any particular vendor or service.  We conduct comparisons and evaluations of various cloud services to select and propose the most suitable services for our clients.

Cloud Migration Support

We propose and build server configurations that can flexibly adapt to your specific requirements and IT utilization needs, allowing for easy capacity expansion and configuration adjustments.

Tailored Proposals Based on Customer Requirements and IT Usage

We are an independent company that is not specialized in any specific vendor or service. We select the most suitable services for our customers from a variety of cloud services.
Furthermore, leveraging our experience in traditional in-house server and network management, we offer flexible proposals that do not solely focus on cloud utilization.

Challenges in Server Management

  • A significant amount of time is dedicated to the management of in-house servers.
  • It's challenging to determine whether transitioning to the cloud or implementing in-house servers is the better choice.
  • We want to select the cloud services that best fit our company's needs.
  • We want to set up servers in the cloud but lack experience in deployment and operations.

Criteria for Equipment Selection in In-House Server System Deployment

High-performance equipment ensures smooth system operation but comes with a high cost for procurement and maintenance. On the other hand, budget-friendly equipment may lack the necessary performance, potentially leading to inadequate system operation. Furthermore, budget-friendly equipment often lacks scalability considerations.
When performance upgrades are needed, there's often no choice but to replace with more expensive equipment.

Post-implementation management also requires resources.

Managing server equipment installed in-house can be surprisingly time-consuming. If the server stops due to malfunctions or issues, you must address the situation. When disk space runs out, it is necessary to organize data or expand the disk. Furthermore, when trying to replace server equipment due to insufficient performance, it can take over a month for the delivery of new equipment and an additional several days for the setup, making it challenging to implement necessary measures immediately.

Benefits of Building System Environments in the Cloud

No need for equipment management.

Since the equipment is managed by cloud service providers, there is no need for maintenance costs or addressing breakdowns. The man-hours required for equipment management are reduced, allowing allocation to other tasks.

Performance and capacity can be flexibly adjusted.

In the cloud, there's no need to purchase physical equipment, making it easy for a small start. When you need more capacity, performance, or features, you can simply add them and pay for the additional usage. Unlike in-house servers, there's no need to replace equipment or buy additional parts due to performance limitations.  When using the cloud, there's no requirement to purchase equipment, and it allows for a quick and cost-effective small start.

Cloud Small Start

IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), one of the service models in cloud computing, provides computer infrastructure, such as virtual machines and networks, over the internet. Users can choose their preferred operating system for the server and make necessary network configurations as needed. Subsequently, they can run their applications on top of it.

The Characteristics of IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service)

  • It allows for rapid addition and removal of servers.
  • It offers the flexibility to scale server resources, including CPU and memory capacity, as needed.

It enables performance improvement as required, with charges corresponding to the additional usage. It can be expected to enhance cost-effectiveness.
On the other hand, service models like Google Workspace, where software is accessible over the internet, are referred to as SaaS (Software as a Service). In the case of SaaS, pricing can vary based on the number of available features and the storage capacity for data. Here too, you can start small and add features or increase capacity as needed.

It helps keep initial costs low and allows for immediate use.

In cloud services, there is no need to purchase servers or software, which helps in keeping initial costs low. The majority of cloud services allow users to register and subscribe via a web browser, enabling immediate usage. Additionally, quick upgrades in performance and features facilitate rapid responses to challenges.

Cloud Free Trial Period

Most cloud services offer a 'free trial period,' during which you can use the service for a specified duration without charge. If you're interested in a particular service, it's recommended to give it a try during the trial period.

Considerations when planning server deployment in the cloud.

To effectively harness the power of the cloud, it's crucial to understand the features provided by the cloud service and carry out appropriate design and operations.
For instance, if starting with IaaS for a small launch, it's advisable to plan a configuration that considers future expansion. In the case of SaaS, it's essential to confirm whether the service offers functionalities suitable for your specific use case.
Moreover, not everything needs to be built in the cloud. In some cases, it might be more suitable to build systems in-house.
When deciding whether to utilize the cloud for system construction or build in-house, it's important to recognize the differences between the two approaches and make an informed decision based on the specific requirements of your situation.
