We have added a new metaverse feature to our Robot Scenario Simulator (hereinafter, the simulator), which was officially released in March 2025.
Overview of the New "Metaverse Feature"
The newly added metaverse feature allows multiple users to enter the same simulation room simultaneously. You can now observe and share simulation progress and results, such as drone flights and ROS program executions, in real-time within the same space. We have also implemented text and voice chat to facilitate smooth communication.

How Multiple Users Can Join a Room
Let us show you how to have multiple users join the room.
* Please note that a maximum of 5 users can join a room.
- First, the room creator checks the "StringKey" in the room.
- They copy and share the "StringKey" with other users.
- Users who want to join launch the simulator and click "Join an Existing Room".
- Enter the shared "StringKey" to search, select the desired room from the list that appears, and click "Join Selected Room" to enter.
Once inside the room, you will be able to view the simulation from each individual's perspective.
* Please note that a maximum of 5 users can join a room.
By default, the user who first created the room is granted simulation execution privileges. When the user with execution privileges starts a simulation, the simulation is shared with all other users. These execution privileges can also be passed to another user within the room.
Facilitating Smooth Communication
Both text and voice chat features are available.
A key strength of our product is that all communication can be handled within the simulator, such as consulting with remote engineers while advancing a ROS program simulation.

Future Outlook
We will continue to develop and expand features to support the use of robots and drones in the agriculture, forestry, and marine industries within Shizuoka Prefecture.
In July 2025, we will exhibit at the "Ocean Expo", where we plan to demonstrate new features supporting the marine industry.
