SANEI HYTECHS to Support Hamamatsu City's "Youth Career Design Course"

SANEI HYTECHS will collaborate with Hamamatsu City to host the "2025 Youth Career Design Course: Create Your Own Career! ~Go for Science and Engineering!! What Does an IT Engineer Do?~ at SANEI HYTECHS" on Friday, August 22, 2025. We will provide the venue for the event, have our employees speak, and conduct workplace tours.
This initiative is designed to help female junior and senior high school students considering a career in Science & Engineering (STEM) with an understanding of the career and be exposed to female role models. We are supporting this course as part of our efforts to cultivate future IT engineers and contribute to the local community.

As part of our contribution to the local community, SANEI HYTECHS is committed to nurturing the next generation of IT engineers. The number of female students pursuing studies or careers in Science and Engineering remains low nationwide, and we are committed to helping develop Science and Engineering talent here in our hometown of Hamamatsu.
We are truly pleased to have been given this valuable opportunity by the Hamamatsu City Gender Equality Association to host this event. We hope that this event will inspire female junior and senior high school students interested in Science and Engineering to take a positive step toward choosing their future career paths.
