Hamamatsu Tobu Junior High School (November 9, 2023)

On November 9, 2023, we welcomed eight first-year students from Hamamatsu tobu Junior High School for a "community research activity."

Overview

First, We explained the primary activities of SANEI HYTECHS, focusing on semiconductor and LSI, and also shared insights into the allure and fulfillment of the work. While the content might have been unfamiliar at first, even in such a situation, the students actively posed numerous questions. The sight of students earnestly taking notes while attentively listening was particularly striking.

Through this interview survey, We hope it serves as an opportunity for the students to contemplate their professions, future paths, and personal aptitudes.

Student Feedback

  • Due to SANEI HYTECHS producing semiconductors, our lives have become much more convenient. We look forward to opportunities where we can use semiconductors to assist the citizens of Hamamatsu, bring smiles to their faces, and increase awareness of SANEI HYTECHS.
  • I learned that LSI is used in almost everything around us, such as cars, game consoles, and computers, which conduct electricity. Seeing LSI in person, despite its small and intricate nature, made me realize its significance as the 'brain' of various electronic devices.
  • I was interested in how semiconductors are made. Through initiatives to improve the community, I discovered the importance of considering the 'thoughts' of the users and how they feel.
  • Knowing that semiconductors are used in everyday items like smartphones, cars, and TVs, I realized they make our lives more convenient. Hearing about the importance placed on relationships and connections in work resonated with me.
  • I felt that semiconductors quietly support the world and contribute to the community even in familiar places. I want to learn more about semiconductors and share their amazing capabilities with others.
  • Being a fan of games, I was curious about controllers and other devices. Learning that semiconductors like LSI are extensively used in our current era made me understand their necessity and sparked my interest in semiconductors.
  • Through this visit, I gained a deep understanding of the challenges and importance of work. It was a great opportunity to learn about the people who support Hamamatsu and realize that behind community improvement efforts, there are individuals supporting those initiatives. Thank you very much.
  • The response emphasizing the importance of relationships, connections, and cherishing emotions in creating the best possible outcome was truly inspiring. I believe this sentiment extends beyond semiconductor work to all aspects of our lives.
