Iwata West High School (September 25, 2025)

On September 25, 2025, as part of our community outreach program, a SANEI HYTECHS employee was sent to give a lecture at the "Career Course" held at Iwata West High School.

Overview

The lecture, titled "Semiconductors Made Simple: What are they?", was delivered to approximately 40 first-year students at Iwata West High School who are interested in science and engineering.
The course covered the fundamental knowledge, history, and future outlook of semiconductors, along with an introduction to SANEI HYTECHS’ business operations.

Student Impressions

  • I only had a vague understanding of semiconductors before, but by getting to handle the actual components and having the subject explained in an easy-to-understand manner, I was able to learn deeply about how they are used. I learned that our affluent way of life is sustained by engineers who are sincerely dedicated to manufacturing every day.
  • I was surprised to learn that a company right here in our local area designs semiconductors that are essential for almost all electronic devices. Developing products tailored to customer needs seems challenging, but I felt it would also be very rewarding.
  • I didn't know the company name before, but I was impressed to learn that SANEI HYTECHS operates on a B2B (Business-to-Business) basis and plays a crucial role in designing the semiconductors essential for electronic devices. Aside from the topic of the job itself, I was very impressed by the speaker’s clear and professional presentation style. I also hope to be able to give easy-to-understand presentations when I start working, as I expect I'll have more opportunities to speak in front of people.
